Insert elements, sections and pages
Add elements, ready-made library sections and whole pages from template sites, in your site’s own style.
Open Insert (I on the canvas). Its Elements add single layers; its Library adds ready-made sections and pages.
Elements
Click an element, such as a frame, a text, a stack, a grid, an image or a video, to add it after the selected layer, or at the end of the page when nothing is selected. Or drag it to the place it should go.
Library sections
- Under Library, choose Sections.
- Use Search sections, or filter by Section type, Business and Style. Only those made for this site’s style shows the sections made for your site's style.
- Click a section to insert it. Each preview shows the section in your site's colours and fonts.
A section comes with sample text. Replace it before you publish: the publish checks list the sample content you haven't replaced or confirmed.
If your site doesn't have a style yet, Xeek Sites asks you to Choose a style first, so the section fits the rest of your site.
Pages from template sites
- Under Library, choose Pages, then open one of the Template sites.
- Its pages are shown in your site's style. Click Add the Contact page (or any other page) to add it with all its sections.
The new page opens. One undo removes it again.
